By Clinical examination assessment first and would suggest

Medicines-like Antibiotics and Motrin to begin with and would suggest daily dressing after proper drainage of the popped up hole.

If the lump heals up as expected,I would just ask you to forget.

If the thing does not regress, I would suggest Second Opinion from Surgeon near by.

If need be he would investigate You for Blood Sugar and Urine tests and see the effects and cause for such lump oozing pus and blood.
