Brief Answer:
Carbosan 2%

Detailed Answer:
Good day,
Noted your concern.
You seems to have apthous ulcers in mouth. Do you have a photo if the same? Herpes simplex presents like small fluid filled sores.

The exact cause of apthous ulcers are not known. However, you should request your PCP to rule out Crohn's diseases/ulcerative colitis. Other possible causes are stress , worries and Vitamin B12 deficiency. Try to maintain good oral hygiene especially when you have these sores.

You could try CARBOSAN 2% gel to apply 2-3 times daily over these sores. That will help.
