Brief Answer:
No need to rush to emergency

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
i have studied your case. Since it is already two weeks so there is no point in rushing to emergency. I think you most probably hit your scalp bone, that causes collection of blood just under the skin. I do not think that there is chance of fracture or brain injury. I would recommend you following.
1.Meet your doctor and get x ray of the skull.
2. Also get your vision check up.
3. Avoid driving or going to heights for few days as you may have giddiness.
If there is fracture still nothing active is required. You need to have a watch on symptoms like vomitting, giddiness, forgetfullness or confusion. If any one of them is present than you might need a CT scan to rule out brin injury.
I hope this answer will be helpful for you. Let me know if there is any other follow up questions.
thanks

I have been confused more so forgetful. My concern is it hurts more now than it did. I did not state it correctly above... I actually passed out because of the fall and hitting my head. I was not to concerned until it got soft and has not changed at all in a few days now. Why I feel mush all around then at bottom of the lump hard bone.... That concerns me. I have perfect vision normally and had vision checked just few weeks prior to this happening. I don't want to be dramatic but I was just making sure blood was not otting or anything.

Brief Answer:
Blood clot is getting dissolved

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Softening of any clot is natural process as your blood clot is getting dissolved. So it is getting soften in the center. Soon it will become completely soft and than it will disappear.
I would recommend you to meet a doctor if you are feeling any dizziness or nausea. Otherwise it is just needed a close observation. If any of the warning symptoms are present ( vomiting, dizziness , confusion, loss of consciousness) than you need to visit doctor.
Thanks
