Lump behind or near collar bone can be a lymph node swelling, a sebaceous cyst or lipoma.
I need to know following details to help you better:
1. Since when are you having this?
2. Is it static or increasing in size?
3. Is the lump easily movable?
4. Any history of tuberculosis?
5. Any weight loss, fever,cough?

Get FNAC.

Detailed Answer:
It seems to me a lipoma which is a swelling of fat and doesn't require any treatment.
However to be sure we need to examine the swelling.
So you need to see your doctor who would evaluate the swelling and would order a Fine Needle Aspiration Cytology (FNAC) if he feels that swelling is doubtful.
