Brief Answer:
take a course of probiotics and rifaximin

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thanks for putting your query in HCM. Loose stoll appears to be functional as if it had been organic then there must be weight loss instead. So I wil suggest you to take aome probiotics and tablet rifaximin. Both of these medicines I found very useful in my patients with loose stool. See whether dairy product is responsible for loose then avoid them. If it is not improved within two weeks then please visit a gastroenterologist for evaluation. For weight gain calculate your BMI and if it is more than the normal range then consult a dietician. I hope I have answered your queryand this will help you. Wish you a good health
