Question: i am pregnant and i've had severe leg cramping , numbness in my hands and bruising in my nail beds should i go to the ER?

Leg cramps and numbness in hands can possibly be due to inadequate hydration and depletion of electrolytes . you may increase your water intake t0 12-14 glasses per day and can use ORS SATCHETS to replenish your electrolytes which can give substantial relief to your symptoms.

Secondly , in pregnancy , it is important to maintain a balanced diet rich in vitamins, the bruising at the nail beds could possibly be due to vitamin b12 deficiency.
Also please get your blood sugar tests done, as gestational diabetes may present with similar symptoms sometimes.
