Since how long you are having this problem
Which area of body is affected?
Relevant medical history like diabetes or any other metabolic disease
Are you taking any medicines ?

In my opinion you should use sunscreen lotion with a minimun spf of 40 when you move out.

If you can write back to me with these details so that I will be able to tell you more accurately

Brief Answer:
anti allergic drugs for 7 to 10 days

Detailed Answer:
Hello
welcome again
this might be reacted to photo allergy or photosensitivity
I would advise you to take anti allergic like levocetirizine or fexofenadine group of drugs for 7 to 10 days with regular use of sun screen lotion or calamine lotion when you come in.

If it doesn't help than I would advise you for a battery of investigations like CBC, AEC (absolute eosinophil count), Liver function test or skin allergy test if need be.

Hope this helps you
Please feel free to discuss further

Brief Answer:
continue with anti allergic drugs or upload all the reports

Detailed Answer:
Hello
welcome again and thanks for the details
You have high AEC and IgE level, which might be related to allergic reaction
if you can upload me the scan copy of all the reports so that I will be able to tell you more precisely.

In my opinion you should continue with anti allergic reaction and you may require anti helminthic drug if it persists
However I would advise you for deworming under supervision of your doctor.

Hope this answers your question, please fell free to discuss further
Best wishes
