Brief Answer:
colitis or hemorrhoids

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
THanks for the query to HCM.
If you have been experiencing bright red blood in your poo since last one month then it is likely that you may be suffering from colitis or irritable bowel syndrome if hemorrhoids have been ruled out or you dont suffer from frequent constipation.
THe cause can be amoebic or infective.
A stool culture would be advised and if required colono scopy may be done to find out colitic lrsions.

secondly.the tag between vagina and anus could be a sentel pile or just a skin tag which may be itchy due to possible fungal infection.
you may however visit your physician for a local proctoscopic exam and stool culture first.
review with reports.
