Brief Answer:
Seems to be impacted cerumen

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns that you are having ear pain. I would like to ask you few more details.

Is there any ear discharge ?
Are you diabetic ?

Kindly get back to me with the details.

Based in your clinica details, it appears to be impacted cerumen or fungal infection ( itching precedes pain).

I suggest you to to consult ent surgeon and get otoscopy ( status of ear canal & ear drum). Depending on the examination reports further treatment is required accordingly.

Meantime, do not put ear buds, dont do self cleaning, avoid water per ear ( plug it with dry cotton to prevent reinfection), stop consuming freezer products. start tab Brufen 400mg twice daily and tab. citrizine 10 mg at bed time for pain and itching.

Hope this answers your question, if you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Wishing you good health.
