Brief Answer:
It is a premenopausal status

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,thanks for the information.

It is good to know that thyroid and hormones are normal.

In my opinion the fibroids are small and as they are not symptomatic they need not need any active treatment now. They would most likely get regressed with age as you reach menopause. Usually the menopause sets between 47 to 50 years of age.

The ovaries are also normal and suggest premenopausal status.

Moreover irregular periods are also seen in premenopausal period due to hormonal imbalance. Now as the cycles are irregular ovulation is less likely / sometimes absent. So the chances of conception are significantly lesser than someone younger and with regular period.

Hope this satisfies your query.
Feel free to discuss further.

Brief Answer:
Ovarian volume gradually decreases with age

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,I got your query.I understand your concern.
In my opinion the normal ovarian measurements are 35x25x18 mm.It gradually shrinks after 30 years of age.
So the menopausal ovary measures less than 7 ml.
So considering above parameters your ovarian volume is normal as it is < 7 ml.
Though you are in premenopausal status the ovarian volume given in ultrasound can be considered normal.
Hope this satisfies your query.
Feel free to discuss further.
Best regards...Dr.Srilatha
