Brief Answer:
She is having hypothyroidism

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Welcome to HCM. I have gone through the uploaded reports and scan pictures.

Your sister is having Hashimoto's hypothyroidism - that means her thyroid gland is not producing any thyroid hormones. The high cholesterol is due to that. Her blood tests and scan pictures are suggestive of that.

She has to be on thyroid hormone replacement. We usually start around 75 to 125 mcg of thyroxine tablets depending on her weight.

Hope I have answered your questions. If you have any further queries or clarifications I will be happy to help you
