Brief Answer:
Please consult cardiologist

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in detail.
The lipid profile results are on the higher side.

Total cholesterol 240 is high and there is high risk of heart disease in future.
Triglycerides 403 is high and there is high risk of heart disease.
HDL 38 is borderline high
LDL 181 is high with high risk of heart disease

From the above it is suggested that you consult a cardiologist and get further investigations like echocardiography done to know the functioning of the heart. Your doctor will also prescribe cholesterol lowering medications which need to be taken regularly.

SGPT level is borderline high and not a concern.
GGPT Gamma-Glutamyl Transpeptidase is to study liver function and especially damage due to alcohol intake. A level of 175 is high and with strict control of alcohol it can be brought back to normal.

Along with medications you must also start taking low oil containing foods. Please cook using olive oil at home and control alcohol intake.

Doing yoga or light exercises for 30 minutes every day will help.

Above measures will help control your body weight.

Hope this answers your question. Please feel free to correct any oversight in my interpretation of your problems and discuss them in detail as per your requirements.

Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.

Regards,
Dr.Vivek
