Brief Answer:
such person can have both conditions.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again.

A female having heavy vaginal bleed 12 days post deilvery can have both anteverted uterus and subinvolution of uterus.

As the RPOC was ruled out by pathology reports (I hope the ultrasound had been done to rule out this), the other common reasons for bleeding can be subinvolution of placental site of uterus or subinvolution accompanied by uterine sepsis.

Ergometrine (prescription drug) can be used to facilitate involution process.
In case of sepsis, antibiotics would be needed under your doctor's supervision.

Best regards.
Thanks.
