Brief Answer:
can be used along with in case there is infection along with inflammation

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The fucidin would be help if there is a bacterial infection as well.

In some cases of rash, if the area is uncomfortable or itching, when a persons scratches or touches the area, bacteria can be introduced under the skin causing infection along with the initial inflammation.

Since there are from different families of medications, they can work together. The hydrozole would treat inflammation/irritation, the fucidin - any bacterial infection that may be present.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions

Brief Answer:
may be difficult if continuously exposed to heat

Detailed Answer:
HI

Unfortunately once exposed to a lot of heat, there is a risk of future problems.

Changing the socks is good, if you can use cotton material that would keep the feet as cool as possible , this may help.
Calamine lotion or zinc based creams may help relieve initial irritation.

There is no known way to toughen the skin to prevent the rash
