Brief Answer:
If the weight gain is adequate there is no cause for concern

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to healthcare-magic
Greetings of the day

Dear Mr Kameshwar,

Many babies occasionally pass green color stools, it just implies faster transit time of intestinal content allowing less time for the contents to remain in intestine causing the stools to be excreted unaltered(typically giving green color of bile). There is no cause to be worried off if the following criteria are fulfilled

1. Baby is gaining weight adequately

2. Baby sleeps well after feeds: atleast 1-3 hours after every feeds

3. Urine output is adequate

4. There is no redness in anal region

Regarding excessive gas, i would suggest you the following

1. Antispasmodic/antiflatulent drops like Climax drops will be helpful

2. Introduce breast feeding if possible

3. Keep the anal region clean and dry

4. Give the feeds in right prescribed dilution

Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.
