Brief Answer:
Initial days are sometimes painful.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query

I'm Dr Sudhir Kumar

I have gone through your query and understand your concern. Your pain can take few days ( 2-3days) to relieved. Rest and analgesic are helpful. If not relieved by normal analgesic then pain is likely to be relieved by strong analgesic such as tramadol. You can discuss with your doctor about it.

Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then I will be happy to help you.

Wishing you a good health.
Take care.

Brief Answer:
You can continue with tramadol and rest to neck.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome back
It is sorry to know that you are having so much pain. As you are already on Tramadol. You can continue with this along rest to neck. Whether you are having fever? If you have fever then can also take antibiotics after consulting your doctor.
Rest already discussed.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.
If not, you may close the discussion and if possible you may rate the answer for me, so that I get a good feedback.
Wishing you good health
Take care
