Brief Answer:
Irritation to topicals that she has been using

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us.

I have taken note of your query and i have understood it.

She has developed irritation to the products that she has been using for her melasma, particularly the night cream and face wash.

I would suggest that she temporarily discontinue with everything that she has been using.

She may use a moderately potent topical steroid e.g fluticasone propionate 0.05% cream twice daily for a week. This would help resolve the irritation.

She may use a gentle cleanser for face wash e.g cetaphil cleansing lotion twice daily.

Regards
