Brief Answer:
Antibiotics are good for you.

Detailed Answer:
Hi!

I would say with confidence that the antibiotics are necessary because they are the medicines that kill the germs that are causing the loose motions and your illness. The cephalosporins that have been given are quite good and have very little side effects unlike penicillins. The electrolytes and probiotics will merely restore the salt balance in your body and will augment those elements that add bulk to bowel movements, but without antibiotics, all of these treatments are for nought. So, take your antibiotics regularly as instructed for the requisite amount of time. You have everything to gain and nothing to lose.
