Suggest Remedy For Depression Caused By Multiple Miscarriages?
Question: Hi Docter...
I am depressed and devasted with my fourth pregnancy losss.. Need help if am missing any test...here r details about my losses
I had conceived naturally last November, but found no heart beat of baby at 7weeks scan, had d&c procedure to remove that, I got pregnant second time in March this year, this time my docter had put me on system 200mg daily two times along with mcbm 69 one perday, but unfortunately I had blighted ovum, again went through d&c this time I had all tests done, everything looked normal, no abnormalities or chromosomal abnormality, me and my husband underwent kayotyping , results were normal...
Post the second loss unfortunately I had acute appendicitis and had undergone laparoscopy to remove it, after two months I tried for pregnancy and I was put on ecosprin, mcbm69 and system, this was chemical pregnancy... I got period at 5 th week after faint positive, This month I got pregnant again this time I was on duphostan from 15day of my period, along with ecosprin and mcbm69, unfortunately my hcg has dropped from 146 to 110 this week , hope am gona lose this as well...can you please suggest is there any test or medical attention I require?

I have reviewed all the reports.
They all are completely normal.
However, in case of recurrent pregnancy loss, following investigations also need to be done:
1. Anti beta 2 glycoprotein antibody IgG and IgM
2. Oral glucose tolerance test with 75 gm glucose.
3. Anti TPO antibody
4. Protein C, Protein S
5. Factor V Leidin Mutation.
If possible, please get these investigations done from a reputed laboratory.
