Brief Answer:
Beta-hCG levels corresponding.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.

It may be difficult to locate the gestation sac at 4 weeks gestation. A repeat trans-vaginal sonogram after 2 weeks will clarify the situation.

The ovarian cyst is more likely to be functional and may be left for observation as the size is small. Corpus luteal cysts are often found in such circumstances.

The serum beta-hCG titres are corresponding to the period of gestation. If you can find doubling titres in the repeat test, it shows that the pregnancy is progressing well.

If she has regular 28-30 day cycles, she should be about 6-7 weeks pregnant now. Therefore, sonogram would be helpful as well.

Please do not worry, everything should be fine.

Hope your query has been answered. Please feel free to contact for further clarification. I will be happy to help.

regards,
Shanti.V.
