For running nose and cold I would start Antihistamines like Cetrizine 5 mg two times a day for 3 days.
Nasal decongestant like Nasoclear nasal saline drops. Instill 2 drops in each nostril 5-6 times a day.
Steam inhalation 3 times a day for 15 minutes.It effectively decreases your nasal congestion.
Avoid exposure to cold air like air conditioner, cold whether and cold food.
