Suggest Remedy For Cluster Of Pimple On Foreskin With Pain On Penile Head

default
Posted on Mon, 28 Dec 2015
Question: Hello. I have two things:

First, I have two or three small clusters of flesh colored bumps under my foreskin. Each cluster has 3-5 separate bumps that are basically right on top of each other. They do not itch or pus.

Second issue. Over the last few days the right side of my penis head has been in pain. First it was a subtle dull pain then it became a sharper more intense pain that also spread from just the right side to the right side and middle. Yesterday it was at its worst and in addition to the pain i constantly felt like i needed to pee. Over the past three few days I have been putting jock itch cream on and today it definitely hurt a bit less but it still hurt and the urge to pee was there. I did notice though that today after I would pee a decent bit more pee would drip onto my boxers then normal (it was always clear and smell less). Also today for about 3-4 hours I had a burning sensation on the back of my thighs and under my ball sack. Right now i have that sensation on my feet (feels like athletes foot on my feet which I am used to but underneath the balls and back of the thighs is strange).

I am traveling in China currently with no way to access a decent doctor ( I can not speak the local language nor do I know where to go as I am in a more remote place). I did pick up Azithormycin Tablets which I plan to take 1 g of incase it its chlamydia or gonorrhea.

One month ago I had unprotected sex who said she was clean but I do not know for sure. Over the past month I had protected sex with two other girls also of unknown sexual history. After the unprotected sexual encounter I did notice my foreskin was a bit red for a week or so after. A week or two before that I had a couple of raised red bumps under my foreskin which disappeared in about 1.5-2 . Otherwise i have no other symptoms to speak of.

Brief Answer:
Fordyce spots and herpes progenitalis most probably

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Welcome to HCM...

I got your problem. You have two problems....

1) the first you mentioned that you have clusters of small elevated lesions, which are flesh colored and non symptomatic. These are Fordyce spots. The condition is due to abberent sebaceous glands. It is benign and harmless condition. That is why it may be kept untreated.

2) the second problem is burning sensation on prepucial area. There was reddish lesion developed after unprotected sex. That may be most probably herpes progenitalis. It is a viral infection caused by herpes simplex virus ..type II. You are having burning sensation on prepuce, burning micturition, feeling of frequency of micturition and pain in scrotal area and lower extremities. All complaints may be due to herpes progenitalis. You are likely to develop hermetic lesions on prepuce off and on. This is a critical condition and you should consult dermatologist immediately. He might examine thoroughly and investigations may be done by him. Blood test may be done to rule out HIV.Perfect treatment would control the disease and might reduce the frequency and severity of the attacks of herpes progenitalis.
Antiviral like acyclovir may be taken in proper doses. Immunomodulator like levamisole may be helpful. Application of acyclovir cream on the lesions would be considered.

I hope this would be helpful to you. If any query you have, kindly ask.

Thanks.

Hello thank you for the response. In regards to herpes progenitalis the only red bumps I have ever had lasted for 1.5-2 days (accidentally left out the days in the original post) and occurred only under the foreskin. They seems more like an irritation to me being that they lasted for such a long time. Other then that the burning sensation on the balls lasted about 4 hours and the pain the the head of the penis has lasted 3-4 days. I thought with herpes the red legions would last much longer? Thank you. Also there is no burning during before or after being. Just a constant pain in the right side of the penis head. There is also no pain the scrotal area, again just pain in the right side of the head of the penis. Also the red bumps were on the foreskin itself on the side facing me, never anywhere else. They also did not look anything like the legions I saw for herpes progenitalis.Sorry that meant to say: Also there is no burning during before or after peeing"Shoot another mistake: "They seemed more like an irritation to me being that they lasted for such a short time"
