Brief Answer:
Muscle disease suspected, clinical exam mandatory

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.

Inability to lift objects can be due to muscle weakness.
Muscle diseases can lead to weakness of muscles and thus inability to lift and perform other activities.
Associated shivering is not a feature of muscle disease, thus, clinical assessment is required.
Shivering is usually associated with infections.
Is there associated fever?
Thus, consultation with a physician is required urgently.

If you have more queries, I will be glad to answer.

Brief Answer:
Muscle related disorder suspected

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome again,
Absence of shivering and other features of infection suggest a muscle related disorder.
I suggest you to consult a physician for clinical assessment preferable neurologist and relevant investigations like vitamin B 12, vitamin D. These vitamins deficiency can also cause weakness
Further management can be planned only after clinical assessment.

Thanks and take care
