Brief Answer:
Following advice.

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

You have been on atrial fibrillation for at least 4 days, which increase the risk for developing complications after the Cardioversion procedure.

Body pain and especially chest are pain is a common complication after cardioversion that will persist for a couple of days. I would like to suggest using NSAID (advil) or tramadol to relieve your pain.

If the pain will persist after a week you should contact your cardiologist.

Hope this was of help!
Wish you health!
