Brief Answer:
Dysfunctional bleeding from hormonal imbalance

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear and thanks for your query.

As you describe bleeding is from hormonal imbalance .
Hence hormonal imbalance can cause dysfunctional uterine bleeding.

Other pathologies that can cause vaginal bleeding are excluded because you have removed Mirena on Monday ,hence your doctor has made per vaginal exam(he/she has excluded cervical causes).

Fibroids do not cause bleeding if they are intramural or serosal.
They can cause bleeding only if they are submucosal.
I exclude that fibroids are submucosal because you have had Mirena .

If bleeding continues for another days with the same flux or it increases you should consult with your doctor .
You may need for a therapy to stop bleeding because having too much can cause anemia .

Take much liquids and iron rich foods .

All the best

Brief Answer:
cannot be predicted

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear again.

Do not concern that you have bleeding with clots because is that you have abundant bleeding.
We cannot predict when the bleeding will stop.
You can take primolut nor three times a day for 9 to 10 days ,but only after you are consulted with your doctor.

All the best and fast recovery
