Brief Answer:
might not be Hiv

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

The symptoms you are facing is not typical of Hiv infection, it sounds more like side effect of the diet pills which you are taking.
HIV infection behaves like any other viral flu. You will have low grade fever lasting not more than 1 week, associated with generalised body ache

Here is what you should do

1. Get your blood test done and ask for western blot technique for detection of Hiv infection. It is more sensitive and it is a gold standard technique
2. In the meanwhile I recommend you to stop the diet pills to know if there will be improvement
3. The third step would be to get tested for other causes of such issues. Thyroid, Vit d deficiency , anemia , fibromyalgia, Etc

I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me

Regards
