Brief Answer:
you should call 911.

Detailed Answer:
HI and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

As long as you don't feel well with dizziness, sweat and nausea, you should call 911. You should go to ER to exclude major health problems including paradox stroke which is very common in patients with atrial septal defect.

I also suggest contacting your cardiologist about best treatment option for your problem and to run further examinations.

If you want to give my opinion can you upload the results of cardiac test you have already done?

Wish you health!
