Brief Answer:
TAKE MEDICINE AS ADVISED

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thank you for posting your query in Healthcaremagic.com.
This is Dr. Swarnava Dattagupta answering your query.

I understand your concern.
I am giving answers one by one.

1. For asthma, he is taking inhaler duolin. You can continue with this, also replace it with foracort inhaler. This is long acting and will give longer relief. Acute episodes maybe managed with duoline-budecort nebulisation.
2. For diabetes, get another fasting and post prandial sugar report done, get a HbA1c done. Start with metformin 500 before breakfast, which can be altered according to the test results. Blood sugar alterations may appear at this age. Regular control is required with oral drugs.
3. For less sleep, give clonazepam 1mg or alprazolam 0.5mg after dinner. He will get good sleep.

Hope I have answered your question.
You can consult your doctor for prescription of the above.

Brief Answer:
GIVE COAMOXYCLAV SYRUP AND IRON SYRUP

Detailed Answer:
Hello again.
Boils on scalp are common in this age group.
You can give her syrup coamoxyclav 228.5mg 5ml twice daily for 5days.
Keep the area clean.
If the boil does not get better in 5days, consult your paediatrician.
If it pains, give her syrup paracetamol.
Also give her iron syrup and multivitamin syrup.
