Hi, thanks for writing through HCM.

I have read your query and understood your concerns.

Your symptoms match that of anxiety disorder. I need some clarifications. Answer the following questions:
1. For how long have you been experiencing these symptoms?
2. Did they start after any stressful life event?
3. what did your psychiatrist say? Did he give any drugs? what was the explanation for the symptoms?
4. Are you taking any drugs for this?

CT scan and other imaging come normal in psychiatric illnesses. I think you are suffering from anxiety disorder possible generalised anxiety.

Give answers to above questions. I am waiting for your reply.

Wish you good health.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for writing again.

To me it's look like that from the childhood you have been suffering from some kind of anxiety disorder. I feel that these problems need proper evaluation and management.

This anxiety can be because of some kind of childhood trauma like child abuse, parental conflict and divorce, separation from parents, lack of mother bond, raised by maids or grand parents, unfulfilled childhood wishes, uncontrolled anger for something etc.

You can answer me if you have any of these. How is your relations with your parents?

These anxiety can be dealt with proper counselling and drugs like antidepressants. You shall found improvement within 2 months on regular medications.

Hope I have answered your query. If you do not have further query then close the discussion and rate the answer.

Brief Answer:
Antidepressants will be better

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for writing again.

This anxiety can be controlled with antidepressant drugs like escitalopram, sertraline, parixetine etc..

For taking these drugs you need a prescription from a psychiatrist or a physician. They are not OTC drugs. Visit a psychiayrist and tell all your symptoms. He will help you.

This site does not provide online prescription. So sorry for that. We just give opinions.

Yes you can try meditation for it. Try to live in the present moment.
