Suggest Remedy For Anal Itching And Stomach Pain

Question: My son has terrible anal itching and stomach pain. He has been to many doctors over the years and no one seems to know what is causing his pain. I suspect celiac disease or Crohns disease. This has been going on for about 10 years now. His pain has put him in the emergency room and he has had many tests but no one knows what his problem is. He had medical insurance but now he does not and he said no one has been able to diagnose his problem. The pain sometimes is in the large intestine area and then in the mid section of his stomach.
