Brief Answer:
dermatologist opinion

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, thanks for trusting health care magic.
On short term basis as a cure apply Deriva-C gel (clindamycin and adapalene) on affected area twice a day after washing her face.
Also she should wash her face at least 3-4 times a day and must before going to sleep at night.
Avoid picking on pimples and also going out in dusty environment as much as possible.
Avoid oiling her hair and also no creams or oily face makeup.
This will cure the existing ones and prevent new ones to some extent but removing the root cause viz PCOD is definitely more important.
In case you have pimple scars then you can get dermal peels and radiofrequency On short term basis as a cure apply Deriva-C gel (clindamycin and adapalene) on affected area twice a day after washing your face.
