Brief Answer:
Need more information for further comments.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to HCM.

Acid taste in mouth and feeling of something stuck in throat could be due to throat irritation or reflux esophagitis (GERD) or esophageal spasm but should be evaluated further by clinical examination and complete medical history with relevant investigation.

But I would like to ask some more information like,

Do you have nausea or vomiting?
Do you have abdominal pain or discomfort or feeling of heartburn?
Do you have history of something swallowed in throat suddenly?

However, this type of feeling could also be temporary and may get subsided by itself within 24 hours without any definitive treatment.

Meanwhile, you can take symptomatic treatment like anti-emetics (domstal, antihistamines (levocetrizine) with mucosal soothing and local anesthetic drug like syrup Mucaine gel and syp Sucrafil 2 to 3 times daily which all are available over the counter.

In case there is no relief, then i would advice you to see ENT specialist who will examine you thoroughly with some relevant investigations like pharyngoscopy to detect the underlying cause.

But before that get back to me with more information.

Regards,
