Brief Answer:
visit your doctor for a physical exam

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Some amount of swelling is expected but if the swelling has increased or painfur or if you have fever I would advice you visit your orthopaedic surgeon and get a physical examination to look for infection or blood clots in veins
Hope this helps
