Question: my 14 year old daughter ate dinner this evening then quite shortly after did some stretching. she now has cramps in her abdomen, shakey arms and legs, is hot and her skin is blotchy around collar area and under her eyes. she has been like this for about an hour. nothing unusual was eaten or out of the ordinary today.

As the symptoms were of sudden onset chances of Acute Urticaria is the largest. Allergies can occur at any point of time and to any substance even if she wasn't allergic in the past. Therefore at this point take her to emergency department of any hospital for acute management and in future
you can do a IgE level and allery test to decrease the symptoms in future.
