Suggest Remedies Forskin Allergy In Body And Erectile Dysfunction

Question: Got skin allergy on bode and lot of itching. Sometimes get rashes and I have to scratch a lot. and also erectile dysfunction. I am diabetic also.

Erectile dysfunction can develop in individuals with diabetes if the blood sugar is not well controlled. Are you on some treatment for diabetes as well? Is you blood sugra under control?

Also let me know the duration and distribution of skin rash?Where all is it present? Are you also using some topical cream for it?

I have uploaded some pics of affected area of my body. There is intolerable inching and need to scratch. I used Fusibet tube sometimes which gives relief temporarily or put vesoline moisturiser which also gives relief but for sometime only.
My diabetic is under control and I am taking medice Trixer 3 mg in morning & evening before meal and Zanumet 50/1000 mg morning and evening after meal.
For ED I am taking Forzest 20 twice a week on Wednesday and Saturday but sometimes I loses erection while sexual activity.. Please advise medicine in next communication so that I can tell you the result in next communication..

Hi.

You seem to have scabies. I would suggest permethrin 5% cream (Permite cream), single application, from neck down to the whole body, left overnight for at least 8 hours.
In addition you may take a tablet of levocetrizine 10 mg once daily in evening (Teczine 10 mg).
For Erectile Dysfunction, you may take 'S film' (Delvin pharma), half an hour before sexual activity i.e on an SOS basis, provided you don't have any heart conditions and raised BP.

Doctor,

I don't think it's scabeies because I have consulted other doctor also but he said it's not scabies. Moreover the symptoms are not matching with scabies.. You need to rebook into your diagnosis and suggest me relevant medicine please.. If I apply Fusibet I get relief but again after some days itching starts..

It would be worth treating empirically for scabies

Hi.

Opinions can vary but I would still like your treatment to cover for scabies.
This is because, scabies does not present in a typical way in all patients and it would be worthwhile to take an empircal treatment for scabies. If you don't want to apply permethrin 5% cream, you may take a tablet of Ivermectol 12mg. Ivermectol is also a treatment for scabies. Only a single dose of Ivermectol 12mg tablet would be effective for scabies!!
Other than that, I would suggest you to take tablet Teczine 10 mg once every evening for a few days. Topically you may switch to momate- F cream, twice daily instead of fucibet cream.
