Brief Answer:
Evaluation and testing

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Let us understand the problem one by one
Lethargy is related to Low thyroxine levels, Low VItamin D and Low hemoglobin(anemia). Sometimes if do not have good bowel habits that leads to more vitamin deficiencies like Vitamin B as well which can cause lethargy.
I suggest you to get the following test done:
Serum Vit D3
Hemoglobin
Serum Ferritin
Serum Vit B12
Thyroid profile tests (TSH, T3 and T4)
Serum protein

Yes vitamin D has to be continued for longer duration from 8 weeks to 20 weeks . It has to be consumed daily or weekly wrt to the blood levels.
Exercise should be part of your normal routine. You should be able to walk or bicycle in the early morning during the sun rise to get sufficient vitamin metabolism.

The capsule for anemia is just fine but tracking is also important

Hope this answer gives you a direction
