Question: I have a relatively embarrassing question I've always had a very long large foreskin when not erect hangs about 8 inches past penis end. Over the last 3 months it has more than doubled in length and the skin has become extremely thick and is covered in large veins, and appears to be growing faster every day both in length and thickness of skin. Any thoughts you have on what's causing this would be appreciated . Thank you !

2) Are you diabetic?

It is known fact the foreskin is longer in 2% of population .

Please consult qualified Urologist or General surgeon for clinical assessment.He would be the best person to decide whether you need to get circumcised or not .
