My right hand thumb is swollen , think due to insect or bee bite. Its paining also. it's for last 2 days. Could you suggest some medications please.

Also I have got infection in right hand above palm. If u have any officail mail , i can send the image.. I have applied some cream,, it;s still not cured..it;s paining while touching the area..
