Take dispersable Analgesic and visit dentist next day for treatment.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Romydella46 ,

Thanks for consulting Healthcare magic .
This is Dr. Priyanka tiwari answering your query .

I have read your query and understand your concern . As far as pain is concerned reason can be due to Dentin senstivity or exposure of pulp during whitening procedure . For pain I will suggest you to start with Dispersable Analgesic like Ketrol DT or if dispersible analgesic is not available you can take Ibugesic also (dissolve it in glass of water and take it right now ) . You can also take some measure like Do warm saline rinses 2 to 3 times . You can apply Senstivity toothpaste on teeth like Sensodyne or Senstivity prorelief . Avoid taking very Hot or cold food .
Visit your dentist next day and get xray done and go for treatment .

Hope I have answered your query .
If you have further query I will be happy to help.
