Suggest Remedies For Severe Pain In Testicles After Urination And Defecation
Question: Hello Sir
I have problem after urinating or potty severe pain started in my testicles and remain for 2 to 3 hours. It have frequency like sometimes it occurs 7 to 10 days in continuation and stops for 7 to 10 days then starts again. Whenever it happens I hv so pain that i cant walk easily. 4 months ago doctor told for ultrasound and urine test but report was normal.
What is the problem

-my age is 32 years
-I am unmarried and I have no bad habit not any type of addiction smoke or alcohal etc
- during urinating and potty pain starts from right testicle
- i am cashier in bank so during 10 am to 6 pm i only leave my chair 2 to 3 times in this hours means i hv back pain problem.
- when i walk during pain it seems that my testicles become heavy n when it touches inner portion of thighs severe pain starts
-pain in both testicles
- pain started 2 to 3 years ago but at that time once or two times in months but now 15 to 20 days in months and daily after passing urine n potty
- pain remains 3 to 4 hours n i become normal widout taking any medicine but now days pain is become worse

With the detailed feedback my thoughts are as follows:
- This may be related to the back problem and the nerves supplying the scrotum and testes are compressed at origin or at the transit from spine to the scrotal area; this is the reason there is pain even on touching inner portion of thighs. The nerve supply is same for both the areas.
I would advise you the following:
MRI of the thoraco-lumbar spine and of the scrotum and prostate.
I am hopeful that you will get the diagnosis.
Please get these done and give me the reports.
Also get the blood, urine and stool tests done and post the reports of these too.
