Brief Answer:
More information is needed.

Detailed Answer:
I read your question carefully and I understand your concern.

It might be useful though if you provided some more information on your headaches in order to make recommendations. A description of headache with nausea can correspond to almost everything from stroke or brain tumors to simple migraine or even non neurological issues such as an infection. May be a side effect of drugs like Zoloft as well.
So some more information is necessary such as time and manner of onset of the headache, location, character (pulsating, pressing, sharp etc), fluctutations during days/weeks/months, other possible symptoms, other medical conditions, triggering factors (stress. lack of sleep, certain foods) etc. Also dosage of IBU might be increased so you should mention the dose which was not effective.

As for the interaction of Zoloft with turmeric, there is no known interaction, you do not have to worry about that.

I remain at your disposal for further questions, possibly providing some more information in order for me to make responsible recommendations.
