Brief Answer:
Management of acne

Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the attached photographs.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to use a salicylic acid facewash twice daily and apply benzoyl peroxide 2.5 percent gel twice daily on the affected areas.
Along with this I would recommend you to take a course of antibiotic tablet azithromycin 500 mg once daily before lunch or dinner for 3 consecutive days in a week for 3 weeks and tablet Fluconazole 150 mg twice weekly for 3 weeks.
Also use a ketoconazole 2 percent shampoo for head wash twice weekly.
These are prescription medicines and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
Besides this keep face dry, avoid applying oily cream or moisturisers, avoid oiling of scalp, use cosmetics labelled as noncomedogenic and reduce the intake of sugary foods.

Thank you so much for the detailed advice.
Could you please recommend a specific face-wash (containing salicylic acid) and gel (benzoyl peroxide 2.5 percent gel) to apply so that I can start the course from today onwards.
