Further after consulting the doctor and apllyong the creams. My skin has become very sensitive. If I just do any intense exercise or if it is very hot... In just 2 minutes my face turns red. It is very bad. Pls suggest me the way to get rid of pimples & also reddening of my face.

Brief Answer:
Minocycline, clindamycin cream

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome.
I have gone through your query.

I feel you are more likely to have oily skin, that is reason for your symptoms. You need to take extra care of your skin.

Since how long you have this problem
What all ointments or medicines you have tried?
does it heal with scarring or shed off without scar?
If possible upload a photograph

You need not to worry, at your age acne may develop due to multiple reasons and It's a very much treatable condition.

In clinic I would have prescribed Face wash containing 2% Salicylic acid is more effective in reducing excess keratinization. Apply Clindamycin cream two times a day. zinc sulfate 200 mg once a day. If this does not help then oral antibiotics like Cap Minocycline 100 mg once daily for week can be tried under supervision of a dermatologist. Retino AC 0.025% at night in small quantity can be tried after above has been tried. It has some side effects.

These are prescription based agents , so I would recommend you to see dermatologist for examination and further help.

This provisional advice provided by me is based entirely on the input provided to me. I would suggest examination by the doctor.

I hope this suggestion might be of some help to you.
Take care.
