Suggest Remedies For Runny Nose And Sneezing
Question: Hello, I am 36 years old Male.
I am normally prone to getting sneezes and running nose once in a while.
Especially when i was in XXXXXXX (India) which is notorious for various allergies i used to get such attacks very often. ( Sneezing several times in a day).
Even since i moved out of the city i had less problems.
But once in while it used to effect me.
Now, all of a sudden while travelling i developed the same symptoms.
I was visiting a place in the fields/plantations so there is likely hood of high pollen grain concentration or Dust levels triggering such situation.
I have been sneezing like 25 times since morning and also have a running nose.
I realize that if i am in a non-airconditioned room i feel better.
I have not taken any medication yet. But can you recommend what can i do? if any medicines would help me?

And you will mostly improve with following treatment.
1. Avoid dust, pollens, pollution, smoke etc.
2. Start intranasal spray containing steroids (fluticasone).
3. Oral combination of antihistamine (levocetrizine or fexofenadine) and anti allergic (montelukast) once a day at night time.
4. Drink plenty of fluids orally and keep your self hydrated.
5. Do steam inhalation 4-5 times a day.
