Now he said he needs to go back deeper in my abdomen to find the rest. is there another way this can be done. Three years I have been dealing with this. It is taken so much out of my life. The suchers look like carpet thread with a loop on it. They have been in me for years but only this present Dr. tried to help me. Please help me.

Brief Answer:
Srapping and suture removal if required.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query, albeit short and specific.
Read and understood that in spite of removal of many sutures there still remains a small hole below the naval that oozes.
This is due to a condition what we call as stitch granuloma leading to a sinus formation.
Sometimes scrapping the granulation tissues and cleaning the debris alone can help for closure of the tract.
If not the foreign material ( suture) needs to be removed.
Nice to know that your healing is good in spite of diabetes.
The medicines have only supportive role.
If there is a single hole, scrapping alone may help; if scrapping does not help a formal exploration is required.

Please discuss this with your Surgeon.
All remaining sites may not need to be removed if they are not causing sinuses.

I hope this answer helps you.
