Brief Answer:
Ultrasound report needed

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
It is common to have recurrence of endometriosis despite any treatment whether medical or surgical.
As far as the best treatment option is involved it depends on the extent of endometriosis, symptoms of pain and desire of fertility.
Can you send me your ultrasound report and tell me your about your kids and in case you want further children so that I can advise you accordingly.
Regards
Dr Manisha

Thank you Doctor for your replies so far.
I am attaching
1.The prescription which was given by my Gyno who did my c-sec 6 yrs back. It has something written about the endometriosis which she saw during the operation.
2. The scan done 3 weeks back which shows the ovarian cyst.
3. The CA125/CEA blood test report which was done week back. The CA 125 blood sample was collected on the first day of my period.
The terrible pain which i have only happens on the 1st day of my period.Amazingly immediately after or before that day, there is no pain at all.
I also do not have any other pains as the normal cyst symptoms on google suggests like pain during bowel, sex or any other discomforts at all.
As of now my gyno suggested me to take Femilon for 3 months post which she asked me to get USG done again.
My kid is a daughter 6 yr old, I have no intention of another child but of course i do not want my ovaries to be removed.Basically scared of another surgery and post op care and affects.
1 more question: Is it fine to play any kind of sports like badminton or jogging with the cyst?
Thanks & Regards...

Brief Answer:
No need of surgery. Can do any sport

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, there seems nothing much to worry as all your symptoms coincide with simple ovarian cyst which will go away after femilon or will at least decrease in size and then will vanish eventually.
Yes you can indulge in any physical activity with no problem at all.
Most likely there will not be any need for surgery either.
