Brief Answer:
please provide more information

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr XXXXXXX
welcome to health care magic, I share your concern, I had gone through your question and reports you have attached with it very diligently and I will try to help you out in best possible way.

I would like further information for better assessment of the condition.
Since you are loosing it gradually , I would like to know how much weight you have lost and over the how long period of time ?
Do you have a family history of lean built and underweight ?

All of your reports are within normal range, you need not to worry at all.
I would advise you for HIV test if you have recently lost any significant weight.
As such you are taking all the essential nutrients and your all the reports are normal, so I would advise you to take lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, exercise regularly and if you really want to put on weight take high calorie food like butter, ghee, meat, egg and fish.

please write back to me with these details so that I will be able to tell you even more precisely.
waiting for your reply
Best wishes

Hi Doctor,
I've lost 10 kgs of weight in the past 5 years. None of my family members are lean or underweight, even my grand parents. Even I was normal until few years ago.
Please let me know if you need more information.

Brief Answer:
High calorie diet and go for HIV and stool test

Detailed Answer:
Hello
welcome again and thanks for the details
10 kgs over a period of 5 years is matter of concern but not to worry at all.

Since your all the reports including gliadin IgA and endomysial antibodies are negative so you need not to worry

I would advise you to have high calorie diet and exercise regularly
Avoid stress and anxiety
Take regular and frequent meals

In addition to that I would advise you for HIV test and stool test for ova, cyst, protozoa and fat.
instead of individual food supplements and multivitamins, I would advise you to take helthy food consisting of fresh fruits and vegetables.
Exercise and Yoga will definitely improve your appetite you will begin to gain more weight.

Hope this answers your question, please feel free to discuss further, I will be happy to help you
best wishes
