Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic

I have reviewed the attached photographs and there seems to be two possibilities: either candidiasis which is yeast infection or lichen planus which is chronic immune mediated disease of the skin.
I need to ask you few questions:
Are you having itching or burning on the affected area?
Do you have itchy rash anywhere else on the body?
Are you sexually active? If yes is she having history of vaginal discharge or itching?
Are you diabetic?

Kindly revert back with the answers.

I was admitted to hospital last friday for a cut injury on leg. For three days they gave me iv antibiotics cifoxilin and gentamtcin. For that three days i didnt clean my penis. After reaching home i cleaned my self and had sex with my wife that night. Due to injury on leg relectant to go to bath room i didnt clean my penis after intercourse. After that only the problem started. I was married recently only. I was sure about my wife. She doesnt have any affair before marg. She was pure. I dont have any itching , burning and any rash over the body. For the past three yrs i have that patch over the XXXXXXX Am not that sexually active too. Had only a brief affair with my girlfriend before one year. I noticed the penis problem only when retracting the fore skin for cleaning. Now after the peeling of the skin the XXXXXXX looks clear where the skin was peeled. My wife dont have any vaginal discharge. I dont have diabetes. For the past three years i was worried. There is no problems. Only the skin color of my penis makes worry. Already went to a dermatologist. Took hiv, hsv, hpv. All no reactive. He gave flucanazole two tableta for two weeks and acythromiycin plus those creams i mentioned above.

Brief Answer:
Seems to be candidiasis, maintain personal hygiene & apply sertaconazole

Detailed Answer:
According to your complaints it seems to be candidiasis which is a yeast infection.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to maintain proper personal hygiene and apply sertaconazole cream on the affected areas twice daily for 2-3 weeks.
This should resolve the infection.
