Question: Hello,

I have been having these pressure headaches for a few weeks. what should I do?
Answered by Dr. Erion Spaho 25 minutes later
Brief Answer:
Get evaluated by a Neurologist.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

Pressure headaches in most cases of the your age are not related to any serious condition. Hormonal changes, anxiety may contribute in this.

However, since you refer neck problems too, occipital neuralgia (compression of upper cervical nerves) should be taken in consideration.

It is necessary to get evaluated first by a Neurologist who can order further tests (imaging studies etc.) in order to achieve a correct diagnosis.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.
