Suggest Remedies For Pain In Muscles And Joints After Taking Pneumonia Shot
Question: have aching muscles and joints, upper arms, thighs, legs, seat, hard to get up and walk at first, slower when finally get going. Had trigger finger surgery with anathesia a month ago, also pneumonia shot, take statins (10mg) and losartan. Have to sleep on side due to sleep apnea, but for short periods as too painful.

The pneumonia shot was over a month ago.
My blood pressure,was switched to different one yesterday and reduced to 5mg.
Remain VERY sore and stiff in thighs and shoulders, and difficult to,walk for,first minute, then a can get some strid, about,2/3 of normal.
